Leigh-Anne Pinnock and footballer fiancé Andre Gray sell their £4.95 million Surrey mansion

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock has sold her luxury Surrey mansion, just days after putting it on the market.

Last month, the singer, 29, and Watford footballer fiancée Andre Gray, 29, listed their lavish home for £4.95 million –after losing a fight to build an underground pool.

Now The Sun claims the home is ‘under offer’, yet it is not clear if the couple will make a profit, after paying £4.575 million for the impressive property in 2018.

The lavish home also boasts six bathrooms, five reception rooms, a ‘wellness suite’ and steam room, plus two acres of gardens and grounds.

It’s hardly surprising the property has been snapped up so quickly, with estate agent Trevor Kearney previously telling MailOnline that he believed the house will sell in days.

He made the statement confidently, despite a buyer with only a 10% deposit needing to meet £19,763-a-month mortgage payments.

He said of the stunning property this week: ‘New Instruction – £4.95m – I am thrilled to launch this amazing family home to the market today; it was my first pitch of 2021 and I absolutely love it! This is a seller…

‘The house has been thoughtfully designed to create a wonderful blend of impressive formal entertaining space as well as flexible accommodation for family life and a floor dedicated to leisure; the games room and cinema are absolutely amazing.

‘I am really excited about this one going live and helping the wonderful owners find their next dream home… this will be sold in January I am sure, there is nothing like it at this price range in such a prestigious location.’

Leigh-Anne and Andre put their property on the market after their plans to expand the pad were rejected.

The couple wanted to splash out on a subterranean leisure complex with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi.

But local councillors sunk the ambitious project and now they have slapped the six-bedroom home on the market.

The couple wanted their spa complex to be partly set into a banked garden with a sunken courtyard at the couple’s luxury pad and the pool underground.

But officials at the council called the proposed 13ft-high development ‘inappropriate’, saying it would harm the green belt area.

Refusing the application last year, they said: ‘It is noted that the proposal would largely be below ground and that land re-profiling would be limited, however this simply means that no additional harm to the green belt would arise.’

As part of planning permission for the new build six years ago, officials at Surrey Heath Council made a condition that no extensions, garages or other buildings can be added without the council’s consent.

The famous pair applied in November for permitted development rights to be reinstated.

In a statement, their planning agent said: ‘The case for the applicant is that the imposition of the condition is not considered to be justified on the basis of reasonableness and necessity.

‘It places an unnecessary restriction on the activities of future householders as it removes freedoms to carry out small scale domestic extensions, outbuildings and alterations.’
