There’s no denying that betrayal in a relationship is hugely painful, but one woman has revealed how she managed to get revenge on the girl who stole her ex-boyfriend in a uniquely satisfying way.
Jade Purvis, from Scotland, took to TikTok to share with her 60,000 followers to reveal how she met her husband when their respective exes cheated with each other.
Revealing the background to the story, she explained that her former fiancé, who she was with for three years, drove 188 miles to cheat on her with a woman in a five-year realtionship.
She said that the woman’s boyfriend and herself teamed up to get ‘revenge’, but have been together ever since and are now married.
TikTok followers were delighted by the story, saying that Jade had triumphed in the end – although some wondered if she was over her ex if she was still thinking about him seven years later.

She went on to explain: ‘Her boyfriend and I decided to get our own revenge. He drove 188 miles to see me.
‘He’s not left. This was seven years ago, four years married. I think we win.’

In another video Jade went on to reveal that she was actually engaged to her ex when he cheated on her with another woman who he met on Facebook.
She also told her followers that it was this woman who got in touch with Jade to tell her that she had slept with her boyfriend.
After initially befriending the woman, Jade later became close friends with her partner before they eventually got together.
She went on to explain how he drove to see her and then never left. The couple have now been married for 4 years
