He said: ‘Having a football pitch inside the house is a little controversial, but I made this house from my personal dream.

‘To see this much interest in it is amazing. On the day it went viral I was up until 2am just looking out the window in shock.’

The 35-year-old said his inbox has gone ‘crazy’ with offers. He added: ‘A billionaire from Nigeria who hasn’t even viewed the property has made an offer.

‘As well as a famous YouTuber, a pop star and three Premier League footballers.

‘We’ve even got a football YouTuber coming to film a video in the house today.’

Mr McNally said he can’t believe the interest in the property, with it only being on the market for a week.

He said: ‘Going viral has helped us get a better price for the house and even grow our social media pages.

‘This property is five years of hard work – it took a big chunk out of me to get it finished.

‘I had a big dream and I had no idea it was going to become so popular.’

The property has its own Instagram page showing the various stages of development it went through before the final extravagant product.

A downstairs toilet, spacious utility room and expansive kitchen-living space is then seen as the sped-up video takes eager viewers through the property.

Upstairs, the mansion’s five bedrooms are all spacious and bright – with one featuring a secret door leading to another office space with several computers inside.

Last year, she revealed the secret behind her booming empire is finding rundown homes for investors that aren’t on the market in order to renovate them to sell on for a profit.

Ms Newmann – who owns a property developing business with her boyfriend-of-three-years Matt Mellor, 23 – took to TikTok to share her tips for finding a property with good developing potential.

Working to source homes for investors who pay them commission of up to £10,000, Ms Newmann filmed herself posting hand-written offer notes through letterboxes of homes she thought could be willing to sell-up.

She revealed the secret is ‘writing one letter, photocopying it, and delivering it to run down properties’, and said she then just ‘waits for the calls’.

The couple began by sourcing properties for other investors but now also own properties themselves, which they rent for profit in Rugby.

In another video Ms Newmann revealed that while a property they’d renovated could be sold for a £30,000 profit, you could make more in the long run by renting it out by the room – earning a £14,400 profit over the course of a year.
