Charlize Theron puts on a stylish display in a blue dress as she enjoys lunch with her kids at Nobu

Charlize Theron enjoyed lunch with her family in Malibu at Nobu restaurant, days after outdoor dining was reopened across Los Angles for the first time in two months.

As the 45-year-old actress exited the sushi hotspot with her two daughters Jackson, nine, and August, four, she put on a very stylish display in a trendy ensemble with a wide-brimmed hat and white sunglasses on Saturday. 

For her outing, the Oscar-winning star also wore a blue long-sleeved dress with a low-cut neckline and belt, which accentuated her trim waist.  

In case the weather cooled down, the the Mad Max: Fury Road actress held onto a camel coat and a sleek olive green handbag.  

Both her little girls appeared to be full of energy as they raced around the parking lot, while remaining close to their grandmother Gerda Maritz. 

Little August could be wearing a leopard-print dress layered over a black t-shirt, while her big sister rocked a cozy off-the shoulder sweater and tennis shoes.  

Theron’s mother looked elegant in a black shirt, matching trousers and a grey blazer. 

During the outing, the South African stunner and her family all wore face masks amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.   

They most likely went shopping before dining as evidence by the Golden Globe Award’s large white shopping bag. 

The Bombshell actress is a proud single mom and recently opened up about helping her little ones get through online school lessons.

‘I’d say the biggest challenge for me is just homeschooling,’ Theron told Sunday Today last July.

‘It was an incredibly stressful time for me, and I will make any action movie over and over and over again before I homeschool again.’

In March, she opened about her adoption journey on designer Diane Von Furstenberg’s podcast titled InCharge with DVF.  

There, she noted that being a ‘mom to two African American girls’ and mom to an African American trans girl’ in Jackson has ‘made [her] more aware of how little [she] knows.’

‘My children have completely reopened my eyes to the world.

‘And I jokingly always say, ‘I’m back at university. I’m back having to learn every single day, because they challenge me in that way,’ concluded Theron.
