Kate Ritchie has sold her Southern Highlands estate for $3.2million, just one month after selling her $850,000 apartment in Bellevue Hill.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the actress,42, managed to secure a buyer for the property, located in the exclusive suburb of Burradoo, earlier this month.
Kate and her estranged husband Stuart Webb purchased the estate back in 2016 for $1.75million.

More than 50 buyers inspected the two-bedroom home, located in the harbourside eastern suburb of Sydney.
The boutique apartment is located on a block of 18 on the edge of the Bellevue Hill village.
The former Home and Away actress purchased the property in 2000 for $395,000, when she was just 21.
