Kelly Ripa posts sweet throwbacks from 2001 with husband Mark Consuelos and their elder two children: ‘Babies with their babies’
Kelly Ripa was feeling nostalgic on Instagram this Thursday.
The 50-year-old posted a couple throwback snaps of herself with her husband Mark Consuelos and their two elder children Michael, now 23, and Lola, now 19.
She revealed in her caption that the charming photographs were taken in 2001 when Michael was three or four and Lola was an infant.

Kelly, who married her husband back in 1996, wrote in the caption of her new post: ‘#tbt 2001 Babies with their babies.’
About two years after these pictures were taken Kelly and Mark welcomed another son called Joaquin who is now 17 years old.
The showbiz hot couple covered People magazine last summer with all three of their children and got candid about parenthood inside.
‘I think I had definitive ideas about raising girls versus raising boys, even though I don’t really believe in gender stereotyping,’ she confessed.

However on becoming a mother she discovered: ‘My sons are just as sensitive as my daughter, and my daughter is as strong as my sons.’
Kelly and Mark both became stars of the small screen as soap stars on All My Children but she then reached new heights of fame as a talk show host.
She found her current calling as the co-host of Live! With Regis Kelly alongside Regis Philbin, who retired in 2011 and died last year at the age of 88.
Three years ago Regis wanly revealed on Larry King Now that he and Kelly had ‘Not really’ remained in contact since his retirement.

‘She got very offended when I left. She thought I was leaving because of her. I was leaving because I was getting older and that wasn’t right for me anymore,’ he said.
Kelly, who now hosts Live! with Ryan Seacrest, became visibly emotional on air while discussing her reaction to the ‘horrible news’ that Regis had died.
‘As people get older, you always know that certain things are inevitable and passing away is one of those things, but Regis is one of the people that we all believed, I think, would somehow figure out a way around the inevitable,’ she shared.
