He’s been keeping the public fit and healthy with his daily online PE classes during the UK’s third national lockdown.

And Joe Wicks was helping to keep his daughter Indie entertained at home as he dressed up in a giant whoopee cushion costume while working out.

The Body Coach, 34, shared a series of heartwarming clips to his Instagram Stories as he danced with his daughter, two, in his workout room.

Joe shared a clip of the pair dancing along to Olly Murs’ Dance With Me Tonight and captioned it: ‘Indie joined me for a boogie today’. 

The fitness expert, who is also father to son Marley, 13 months, also shared a snap of himself standing in a squat rack in the costume captioned: ‘FML’.

Joe appeared to have some difficulty dealing with the heat in the costume as he posted a snap of himself covered in sweat and wrote: ‘Dress up as a whoopee cushion and you are labelled a p**t’. 

It comes after Joe enjoyed some downtime from working out on Thursday as he indulged in a fun-filled family painting session.

The YouTuber took to Instagram to document his fun night in with his loved ones as he showed of his painted face.

In the sweet snaps, Joe beamed as he sported colourful stripes on his cheeks and nose.

While his wife Rosie Jones, 30, had the full works with a spotted forehead and a blue nose.

Later taking to his Instagram story, Joe documented the heavy snowfall in his back garden with a series of clips.

As he filmed the snow falling to the ground, he said: ‘Look, it’s snowing outside!’

He then asked his daughter: ‘Indie have you seen snow before?’, before he was later informed by his wife in the background that this is her first time experiencing it.

‘It’s your first time, it’s beautiful!’ Joe then said. ‘I love snow, should we build a snowman Indie?’

He later posted an adorable clip of him helping to lift Marley up to throw a basketball into a net in the snowy garden, with the R Kelly song I Believe I Can Fly playing in the background.

Shortly after, he shared another video of both Indie and Marley holding hands as they walked through the snow.
