The auction states that 10 per cent of the proceeds from some items, including the Collins’ memorabilia, will be donated to the Never Give Up Foundation for help for children and adults with spinal cord injuries as a result of accidents or medical problems.

The charity was founded by Mr Cevey and Collins, who suffers severe pain because of a spinal injury caused by drumming,

A representative told Page Six that Cevey decided to sell the old items to de-clutter as she downsizes her property.

‘She is moving to a smaller home and getting rid of some of her clothing and jewelry that she no longer wears … I mean after all, she does have 5,000 pairs of shoes alone and only two feet — she can’t wear them all!’

‘Orianne found organizing the move very cathartic and went very Marie Kondo and got rid of a number of items that no longer sparked joy for her.’

The former couple have undergone a bitter public split since she married her boyfriend Thomas Bates, 31, last August after saying she was going away ‘on business’.

She initially reused to move out of the couple’s Miami mansion before relenting under threat of legal action and Collins, 69,  has now sold the estate.

Jewelry designer Cevey, 46,  had until January 21 to vacate the bayfront residence which has been the subject of a bitter months-long eviction battle.

This comes after Collins tried for months to have her kicked off his property after she secretly married Bates, an aspiring musician 38 years his junior, and moved him in

Collins, who has struggled with continued health concerns, had accused Cevey of squatting in the home and demanded the couple leave so he can sell the property.

In battling court documents viewed by DailyMail.com, Cevey argued that Collins made an oral agreement in 2015 that she had a 50 per cent stake in the property.

Collins launched his drastic legal action in November after calling it quits with Cevey for the second time.

The pair met when she worked as a translator on a European tour. They were married in 1999, in a ceremony attended by Sir Elton John and Eric Clapton, and divorced in 2008.

The pair married in 1999 and had sons Nicholas, 19, and Matthew, 15, before splitting seven years later.  Collins, who is worth an estimated £140 million according to The Sunday Times Rich List, moved to Miami in 2015 to be closer to his sons and resumed his relationship with Ms Cevel.

Despite agreeing to a record $47m divorce settlement they surprised the world in 2016 when they announced they were back together and living in the Miami home, which Collins purchased through an LLC.
