A week ago, Chrissy took to Instagram to share a snapshot of herself, John and their children, Miles, two, and Luna, four, posing on the steps of the Capitol in the nation’s capital.
The family was there so that John could perform on the inaugural primetime special Celebrating America.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum shared with her social media followers how happy she was to experience the historic moment sober, after quitting alcohol last month.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘just incredible to be here. sober. I know that’s weird but it’s like…a different world for me. everything is new and better very happy. the most happy bigly happy.’

On Christmas Day, Chrissy revealed via Instagram that she decided to go sober sometime in late November, noting that she was ‘four weeks sober’ at the time.
Her decision to ditch alcohol for good in late November came after the tragic pregnancy loss of her son Jack at 20 weeks in September.
The celebrity couple met when Chrissy was hired to appear in John’s music video for his 2006 single Stereo.
They started dating, became engaged in December 2011 and married in September 2013.
