It’s understood Sam and Phoebe Burgess finalised their divorce before Christmas.
And on Sunday, Phoebe pulled out all the stops for their daughter Poppy’s fourth birthday, organising a lavish outdoor spread with a piñata, statement balloons and a decadent rainbow cake in the Southern Highlands.
The 31-year-old shared a number of photos from the festivities to her Instagram, including one with the cryptic caption: ‘You save me every day, Pops.’

Phoebe was every inch the doting mother as she captured the birthday girl splashing about in the pool, and preparing to blow out the candles on her cake.
‘Poppy is 4: a family album, pastels, pinatas & liberty for my precious girl,’ she captioned a series of shots shared to her official Instagram page.
In a number of images, Poppy looked cute as a button, wearing a blue floral dress and with her blonde locks tied into a ponytail.

Phoebe and Poppy were joined by Phoebe’s mother and father, Sarah and Mitchell Hooke, as well as Phoebe’s sisters Harriet Hooke and Jemima Fairbanks.
Noticeably absent from the special day was Phoebe’s ex-husband Sam, 32.

Phoebe is said to have walked away with 70 per cent of the couple’s marital wealth, including Sam’s F45 gym franchise, which she has since sold.
The former journalist, who now promotes herself as a brand ambassador, also kept a $100,000 Range Rover, which she is regularly seen driving around Bowral.
The exes sold their property in Sydney’s Maroubra in January last year for $5million.
