I’m A Celebrity: Jess Eva STILL has ‘slug creatures’ living in her ear

I’m a Celebrity star Jess Eva reveals she STILL has ‘slimy slug creatures’ in her ear after filming the show last year – and now they’ve started to lay eggs

She may have wrapped up filming for I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! last month, but Jess Eva hasn’t escaped jungle life just yet.

On Friday, the 48-year-old confirmed on Triple M’s Moonman in the Morning that ‘slimy slug creatures’ managed to lay eggs inside her ear, and at least one still remains inside of her weeks after leaving camp.

Jess now has to return to her doctor for a third time, after they initially thought they had removed the bugs – but in fact, had only removed their wings.

Jess said: ‘I went back yesterday, and my doctor started to syringe my ear again and she started to suck stuff out.

‘As she was sucking stuff out, I heard a plop in the bowl, followed by [the doctor] yelling out “Oh my God, what is that!”

As a picture of the two ‘Tic Tac sized’ bugs flashed on screen, she added: ‘Out popped a couple of these slimy, weird slug creatures.

‘The doctor recons the might have only got the wings off before, and this was the actual body of the slug.’

She added that the same thing happened in her other ear – and while she feels ‘fantastic’ now, she knows that at least one is still lurking inside.

Jess added that she slid into the DMs of host Dr Chris Brown, to ask for further information on what could be living in her head.

‘Something came in and laid an egg, as it’s too big, and grew inside. I am a habitat,’ she said of Dr Chris’ theory.

She then confirmed that Chris’ father studies parasites, and is ‘really excited’ that there might be a new parasite which has been discovered that ‘isn’t in the books’.

On her Instagram page, Jess shared more pictures of the disgusting ear inhabitants, and confirmed she was heading back to the doctors ASAP to get the final loiters removed.

‘As I love having a piece of the jungle inside me, glad to have them out,’ she wrote.

‘Thanks for making my listening holes your home, weird slug things.’
