Rooney Mara sports stylish high-waist jeans as she carries a massive tote bag to pick up some groceries in LA
New mom Rooney Mara stepped out solo on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old actress kept it casual as she went to get groceries at a local store in Los Angeles.
The Carol star brought along a large cotton tote bag as she headed into a store ready to stock up on essentials.

She wore a purple shirt tucked in to high waist wide-legged jeans and kept it comfy in sneakers.
In September it was revealed that Rooney and fiance Joaquin Phoenix had become parents a baby boy, who is named after the actor’s late brother, River.
According to director Viktor Kossakovsky, Joaquin was not able to promote his latest film Gunda – on which he serves as executive producer – because he ‘just got a baby’, and the pair named the little boy after River Phoenix, who died in 1993 aged 23 of combined drug intoxication.
Speaking at the Zurich Film Festival, Viktor said: ‘He just got a baby, by the way, his name was … a beautiful son called River, so he cannot promote it [the film] now.’
It was reported in May that The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo actress was expecting her first child with the Joker star.

The pair started dating in 2018, and got engaged in July last year. Joaquin admitted last year that Rooney – who he first met on the set of 2013 movie Her – is the only girl he has ever researched online.
He said: ‘She’s the only girl I ever looked up on the internet.
‘We were just friends, email friends. I’d never done that. Never looked up a girl online.’
Before giving birth to her son, Mara completed filming on the upcoming psychological thriller film Nightmare Alley.

The future release is directed by Guillermo Del Toro and is based on the 1946 novel of the same name, written by William Lindsay Gresham.
An ensemble cast worked on the project, including Willem Dafoe and Cate Blanchett, along with longtime Del Toro collaborator Ron Perlman.
While shooting on the project initially began in January of last year, filming was shut down due to the onset of the global pandemic; principal photography later resumed in September, and the film’s production was finished by the end of the year.
Nightmare Alley is tentatively slated to be released this coming December.
