A British husband has claimed a hotel masseuse slept with his wife in a shocking TripAdvisor review of a five-star Caribbean resort.

In an astonishing post, the man – identified only as ‘Michael’ – alleged the member of staff ‘seduced’ his wife and ‘spent the night with her’ at the luxury hotel on the Turks and Caicos Islands.

He said at the time of alleged affair in December last year, he had flown home to get their son Tom to enjoy the expensive holiday as well.

But as soon as Michael returned with their son, things went sour and his wife ‘seemed awkward’, he said.

It was only when the husband pressed his partner for more information that she told him she had an affair with the hotel masseuse.

In the one-star TripAdvisor review, Michael said: ‘My wife and I went to this resort. Beautiful resort. Water, sand, pool and service amazing.

‘We had such a good time that I (husband) decided to fly home to get our son Tom to enjoy it also.

‘When I returned, things seemed awkward. My wife eventually told me that she went to a massage while I was picking up our son and the masseuse seduced her and spent the night with her.

‘I am not blaming the resort for this, this is my wife’s fault. But just know that this is the thing that can happen at this resort.’

The five-star resort boasts 72 luxury suites and spans 12 acres.

The hotel also features a spa where guests can ‘indulge all their senses’. There are a range of treatments including ‘The Palms Healing Touch’, a 90-minute massage, where the masseuse ‘repeatedly visits the areas of tension in your body’.

The resort’s luxury suites can reach an eye-watering £2,000 per night for a penthouse apartment with three bedrooms.

It also includes a 25,000 square foot spa and state-of-the-art infinity pool.

Holiday-makers are instantly greeted by staff on arrival with a ‘refreshing, signature drink and a soothing cold towel’ before being accompanied to their suite.

The resort states: ‘Friendly staff, outstanding architecture, fine dining, boutique shopping and of course Grace Bay’s sparkling turquoise waters and you have an award-winning backdrop for the laid-back luxe that awaits you.’

The resort has been approached for comment.
