Clare Crawley is getting a terrible start to 2021.
The 39-year-old hair stylist is ‘devastated’ that her 32-year-old fiance Dale Moss has ended their five month engagement, E! News claimed on Wednesday.
Adding to her woes is the health of her mother who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. Clare is currently in Sacramento, California tending to her mom.

A friend told the site, ‘She’s trying to focus on herself right now but is completely devastated.’
And it was Dale who ‘officially broke it off’ after New Year’s.
The problem was that Moss started to feel that he was not ready for a real commitment with Clare in Sacramento, the site shared.
Enough: He called it quits with the beauty over the weekend, according to multiple sources; her friends reportedly questioned his intentions
‘Clare and Dale were taking time apart and we’re working it out, but it led to a definite split,’ the source said.
‘Dale felt that he is not ready for marriage and was not ready to move to Sacramento for Clare. They were making a lot of plans that Dale could not commit to.’
He had to ‘follow his heart’ and stay in NYC for his career, it was also claimed. ‘They are in different places in life right now,’ it was said.
But her pals had warned her that Dale might not be Mr Right: ‘Many of Clare’s friends were always skeptical of the relationship and Dale’s intentions.’

E! shared that she hopes they can get back together.
The 32-year-old former NFL star posted a statement to Instagram on Tuesday. ‘I wanted share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways,’ began the star.

‘We only hope the best things for one another. – DM,’ the star ended his note.
E! news, broke the news that the former NFL wide receiver and the 39-year-old hair stylist were ‘taking some time apart.’ A source added that the two had been ‘fighting a lot.’
The site made it seem as if there could have been hope for the couple.

Moss cares for Clare, but feels ‘he’s rushing into something he’s unsure about.’ It was added, ‘They are both still getting to know each other and figuring it all out.’

The duo became engaged on season 16 of The Bachelorette with the proposal airing in November.

He was added to season 16 of the Bachelorette for Tayshia Adams, who ended up engaged to Zac Clark.
Last week Moss gushed about his love. He appeared on the Raising the Bar With Alli and Adrian podcast as he said that he had never signed up to be on the ABC romance competition reality show but was nominated.
Moss said: ‘Now, I could have never planned what happened because I was nominated.
‘I never actually signed up. And I turned it down over, and over, and over again. And I actually finally committed to it four days before everyone was supposed to leave for the show.
