And on Tuesday, she decided to show off her fit physique in a yellow bikini in a sizzling photo posted to Instagram.
In the image, the 34-year-old is seen sprinting across the sand in the two-piece with a giant smile across her face.

Lauren is dating millionaire jet tycoon Paul O’Brien.
Paul runs high-end charter group AVMIN, which boasts a number of A-list clients, including Matt Damon, Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky.

Lauren is said to have began dating Paul while she was living in Melbourne last year, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
However, when Victoria’s strict coronavirus lockdown took hold in July, Lauren quickly relocated to Byron Bay.
There, she reportedly moved in with Paul while continuing to work as Weekend Today’s weather presenter.

Lauren confirmed her split from her estranged media producer husband Lachlan Spark in December 2018.
The couple had married in 2017 after six years of dating.
