Bikini-clad Elly Miles enjoys the single life as she hits the beach with friends after splitting from Bachelorette winner Frazer Neate
She parted ways with Frazer Neate in December, just a few months after they declared their love for each other on The Bachelorette.
And seven weeks on from their split, Elly Miles appears to be enjoying the single life.
The nurse, 26, went to the beach with her friend Abbey Naylor on Monday, and later shared a photo to Instagram of the pair posing in bikinis.

The duo appeared to be at Merewether Ocean Baths in Newcastle as they cheekily posed with strawberries in their mouths.
‘Girls will be girls,’ Elly captioned the sun-kissed snap.
The former Bachelor star flaunted her figure in a black two piece and completed her outfit with a white cap and gold-rimmed sunglasses.
Who is she? Elly is best known for her appearance on the 2020 season of The Bachelorette, and walking away from the dating series with the heart of Frazer Neate (left). The show finished airing in November and Elly confirmed the month after the pair had split up
It comes after Elly urging fans to take care while driving in an emotional post shared to Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
‘Something pretty hectic happened on my drive home yesterday,’ she said.
‘I ummed and aahed about whether I should share it with you, but I feel like an important message could come out of it.
‘We came across an accident on our way back to Newy [Newcastle], emergency services were not yet on the scene.
‘And I’ve just got to say, it takes a split second for your life to be turned upside down or for you to potentially lose your life in a car accident.’
Elly’s season of The Bachelorette, which saw her accompanied by her older sister, Becky, was a ratings flop last year.
