Rosamund showed off her slender figure in a pink tank top which she paired with black leggings and matching trainers for the session.

Her cropped blonde locks were styled into a sleek, straight bob that she tucked behind her ears so that they were out of the way while she worked out.

Gushing about the session, Rosamund wrote in the caption: ‘Joining the 100 lb club. Working out with @tonygentilcore in Boston for #ICareALot.

‘Marla Grayson is a lioness. And lionesses need to be strong. @tonygentilcore celebrates the strength of everyone he trains, and pushed me to find more than I knew I had. Thanks Tony.’

On Thursday, Netflix dropped the trailer for the upcoming comedy thriller I Care a Lot, which is headed to the platform on February 19.

The film, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, sees Rosamund star opposite Dianne Weist, Peter Dinklage, and Chris Messina.

Starring as Marla Grayson, Rosamund’s character is a woman who makes her living serving as a court-appointed legal guardian for the vulnerable elderly.

Whilst maintaining that she simply ‘cares a lot’ for her clients, she, in fact, milks them for all they’re worth while outwardly appearing to serve their interests.

Her modus operandi is to place her clients in assisted living facilities and then sell off their belongings while pocketing the proceeds.

Her scheming, however, begins to fall apart when she takes on Weist’s character Jennifer as a client, and the professional grifter finds her match in the older woman who also has a secret.

Marla finds herself kidnapped by a local gangster (Peter Dinklage) who sets out to teach her the error of her ways.
