He parted ways with Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff a year after falling in love with her on the controversial dating series.

And a week on from announcing their mutual decision to split on Instagram, Seb Guilhaus has admitted to his mental health not being ‘very on point’.

The 31-year-old shared his struggle with his followers on Monday, and encouraged them to take part in physical activity if they were experiencing similar feelings.

‘My mental health hasn’t been very, very on point lately,’ he explained in a post to his Instagram Stories, where he was spotted walking along a beach.

‘And this [the beach] makes me feel better. Instantly. Always. So I guess the main point if if you’re inside your head, swiftly jump out of it and get straight into your body and your breath.

‘You’ll feel better. You’ll feel better. Try to be positive. Have a fantastic week.’

Two days after announcing their breakup on their respective Instagram pages, Seb pleaded with fans to ‘please be kind’ after he and his ex-girlfriend, 29, became subject to online trolling.
