Joel McHale definitely seems to be quite the health and fitness fanatic.

On Sunday the 49-year-old actor and comedian was seen at a local farmer’s market in Los Angeles as he stocked up on some groceries.

Wearing a ninja mask and tight black T-shirt, McHale was seen grabbing apples and other goodies from the vendors.

For the outing, the Card Sharks host paired his shirt with a pair of dark slacks, throwing on a backpack.

He rocked a backwards hat and showed off his crafty new gray mask that went down to his neck and wrapped by the ears.

Sunglasses on for the ultimate incognito look, Joel flashed his muscles as he made his rounds to get eggs and leafy greens.

A weekly tradition for the Italian-born Community actor, last week he was spotted making out like a bandit with a wagon full of bags.

A self-proclaimed meat lover, he was seen rocking a shirt that said ‘hardcore carnivore.’

Clearly getting inspiration ahead of a home-cooked meal, he shared a video to Instagram on Sunday of someone making meatloaf in a smoker as he wrote, ‘This never even occurred to me.’

His produce run comes on the same day his ABC show – where contestants can win money by correctly guessing survey results at the turn of a card –  is premiering at a new time slot.

In an October interview, he spoke about filming the show in the pandemic, while touching on some of the safety precautions in place.

‘I think we were one of the first shows — at least going — that had all the zones where people were not allowed in certain zones. Some of the producers, I never even saw them while we were shooting because they were in their zone.’

He continued to talk about the culture of fear on the set around testing results as he said sometimes, ‘it turned out to be a false positive, or it was really more inconclusive than false positive, but…it was enough to scare people.’
