Fans were left disgusted after Pettifleur Berenger admitted she doesn’t shower on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! during Thursday’s episode.

The 56-year-old former Real Housewives of Melbourne star made the jaw-dropping admission after being confronted with an ice bath challenge.  

And fans were quick to react, with many left shocked by the fact she refuses to bathe. 

‘Pettifleur has only had ONE SHOWER!?’ tweeted one viewer, while another wrote, ‘Pettifleur did I HEAR that correctly????’ 

Added one person: ‘The other Housewives would be horrified if they heard that’.

Others made it clear that showers were non-negotiable, especially while being forced to rough it on the show.  

‘… The only benefit of this challenge is that she’s in clean water and can get rid of that putrid smell,’ commented one fan.  

Added another: ‘One when Pettifleur said she’s had ONE shower and let’s wipes do the job? Woman grow some metaphorical balls and take a cold shower ffs’.

But others applauded her decision not to shower, and claimed it wouldn’t make much of a difference anyway.  

‘To be fair to Pettifleur, how clean can you really get when you have to wear bathers in the shower? Wipes sound like a good idea tbh,’ commented one fan.

Added another: ‘Pettifleur just straight up not showering because the water is freezing LMFAO, she’s an icon’.  

‘I’m actually speechless,’ said an unimpressed Pettifleur after being told about the challenge, which saw her repeatedly submerging herself in icy water.

She then revealed that she only drinks ‘warm water’ and tries to ‘avoid cold water’ at all costs.

‘You’d be loving the cold showers in camp then,’ quipped host Chris Brown, prompting Pettifleur to respond, ‘I don’t shower.’ 

She clarified: ‘I had one shower. I just let the wipes do the job.’
