The P.E Nation founder, 40, shared a photo of her fridge to Instagram and said she was ‘finally getting back on track’ after the Christmas holiday.

The daily anti-aging oral supplement, which is said to improve skin elasticity and firmness, sits alongside a jar of olives and packet of dates.
On the shelf below, the mother of one has three healthy ready meals, along with a smoothie and organic cold press juices from Sol Cleanse.
A three-day pack from Sol Cleanse, including a breakfast smoothie, a lunch salad, a healthy dinner and green juice, retails for $159.
