He’s is revelling in new fatherhood once more after welcoming daughter Daisy, four months with fiancee Katy Perry in August.

And Orlando Bloom cut a casual figure as he stepped out to fulfil his domestic duties at the supermarket in Santa Barbara, California on Sunday.

The Lord of the Rings actor, 43, looked stylish and laidback in a burnt orange suede jacket worn over a white t-shirt as he stepped into the sun.

He paired this with khaki green joggers, worn with socks and sliders.

The Milk star accessorised with a pair of trendy shades and took precautions against COVID-19 with a blue face mask.

Orlando looked relaxed as he picked up his shopping before heading home to his family.

Orlando and Katy, 36, are said to be on the ‘same page’ when it comes to their approach to parenting.   

‘Katy and Orlando are doing fantastic as a couple and are in parenthood bliss,’ a source told Entertainment Tonight. 

‘They’re on the same page when it comes to making time for Daisy and their careers and doing a really great job at figuring everything out together. Daisy is their main priority right now.’

Katy and Orlando – who also has Flynn, nine, with ex-wife Miranda Kerr – have both been ‘hands-on’ parents since the arrival of their baby daughter.

The insider shared: ‘They’ve both been so hands-on, and [they] know that it will always be a balancing act. Orlando thinks Katy is an amazing mom.’  

Katy recently returned to filming American Idol, and the chart-topping singer admitted she initially found it ‘hard’ to be away from her daughter.

However, she also praised Orlando’s parenting skills.

Speaking about her return to work, she said: ‘It’s amazing. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and for this job, and to be able to continue to inspire other people to go after their dreams.  

‘I mean, my life just feels very full and whole. And you know, it’s hard a little bit these first couple of days away and not being able to be there.

‘But daddy’s doing a great job. Daddy has stepped in.’

Meanwhile, Orlando has admitted to chanting a Buddhist mantra to his daughter as a means of bonding with her during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

He shared: ‘[She] hears my voice and she sort of soothes a bit. She likes it, she responds very nicely. It’s like I’m a baby whisperer. I’m definitely winning the daddy points.’
