It comes after Jack opened up about his cosmetic transformation on Wednesday’s episode of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

He admitted to getting fillers throughout his entire face – not just his lips and cheeks.

In a conversation with Real Housewives of Melbourne star Pettifleur Berenger, Jack  also revealed he’d recently lost 10kg.

‘I’ve had heaps of filler,’ he said. ‘I didn’t have any lips. I used to try all sorts of things: fillers in the cheeks, fillers in the jaw, fillers in the nose, everything.’

After being asked by Pettifleur about his facial changes, Jack responded: ‘If someone’s happy – and they look like a circus clown – if they’re happy, they’re happy.’

He then said he’d invested in a full set of porcelain veneers ‘for cosmetic reasons’.

This wasn’t the first time Jack had opened up about his physical transformation on the Channel 10 reality show.

During the season premiere, the star admitted to having had cosmetic surgery.

‘So I’ve had my lips done. I’ve had Botox. So at least when I get into the jungle, and, like, as a challenge, no one will be able to tell if I’m surprised or if I’m sad or if I’m crying, because I can’t move!’ he said.

Jack rose to fame as a baby-faced teenager on Australia’s Got Talent in 2011.

Fans will remember Jack when he returned to the spotlight as a contestant on The Voice Australia in 2019.

While he impressed the judges with his vocal talents, viewers were baffled by how much his appearance had changed since his early career.

Many suspected cosmetic procedures were behind the transformation, and Jack later confirmed ‘it’s pretty obvious I’ve had my lips done with fillers’.
