A Depop seller has baffled social media users by advertising a Chiltern Railways social distancing  train seat cover as a top for £15 on the shopping app. 

The anonymous seller posed in a the covering – which she repurposed as a crop top – to the website which allows peer-to-peer selling of second hand clothes.

‘Social distancing women’s railway crop got a few of these so can try in different sizes.

‘Message me before buying or with questions/good offers,’ she wrote.

It was spotted by Twitter account, Depop Drama, who shared it with the captions: ‘I am lost for words’.

Thousands of people replied to the tweet, with some calling it hilarious while others said it was ‘horrific’.
