He welcomed his first child, daughter Wednesday, in May.

And Harry Potter star Rupert Grint is still coming to terms with the momentous event.

The actor went on: ‘It’s very strange. It definitely has kind of changed my perspective on things but also in a helpful way.’

Grint and his partner, the English actress Georgia Groome, 28, welcomed their first child together while in lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The couple, who have been together since 2011, are fiercely protective of their baby girl.

However, in November, Grint broke Instagram when he joined the social media platform and posted a photo of himself cradling his six-month-old daughter with the back of her head facing the camera.

He racked up more than one million likes in just four hours.
