Davina was seen kicking her leg in the air while holding up her weight in one exercise, while she also did some shoulder presses.

But that wasn’t all, as the Masked Singer judge challenged herself by also doing squats to work on building her glute muscles.

Despite the rigorous exercises, Davina styled her brunette locks in a sleek, straight hairdo, and she wore eyeliner and a slick of pink lipstick.

On Monday, Davina reflected on being perimenopausal and going through the menopause, as she claimed it should be a topic taught in schools.

She spoke candidly about the diagnosis with OK! Magazine, saying she had no idea why she had symptoms because she hadn’t known about the signs before being diagnosed.

Saying she feels the menopause should be more openly talked about, she said: ‘All women should know what it is.

‘I didn’t know and I was 44 when I started getting symptoms. I didn’t know what was causing my hot sweats. I didn’t know why I was feeling different.

‘Nobody talks about it, and I just think it should be talked about more generally and taught in schools.’

Davina held her own event to try and raise awareness about the menopause with Own Your Goals on World Menopause Day, where she spoke with Lorraine Kelly, Dr Louise Newson, and Liz Earle about the topic.

Of the event, Davina claimed she was keen to get women talking about the issue as there are more and more who are experiencing it earlier than previously expected.

She said she wanted the event to help women speak openly about the topic because it’s ‘been slightly brushed off’ in the past.

Davina added that she wanted to remove the stigma of talking about the menopause, as women shouldn’t be left feeling embarrassed about it.
