Joy Behar defiantly tells Meghan McCain she did not miss her during her maternity leave as the women clash yet again on The View

She returned to The View after a three month maternity leave just two days ago, but Meghan McCain has already found herself in yet another row with Joy Behar.

The women were discussing the divisions within the Republican and Democratic parties when conflicted erupted, prompting Joy to tell Meghan she did not miss her during her recent maternity leave.

‘I was speaking! I’m talking!’ Joy said as the debate began between the two.

‘I did not miss you’: Joy Behar had some harsh words for Meghan McCain as the two went head-to-head on The View on Tuesday

‘Joy you missed me so much when I was on maternity leave! You missed me so much! You missed fighting with me,’ Meghan said.

‘I did not,’ Joy said, calmly and defiantly. ‘I did not miss you.’

Meghan was obviously offended by what her cohost had just told her.

‘You know what, that’s so nasty,’ Meghan said. ‘That’s like so nasty. I was teasing because you said something rude. Like really?’

Eventually, Whoopi Goldberg stepped in to cut to a commercial break.
