The toddler, who is 18-months old, walks over to the bar, which has double weights on either side.

Little Sterling expertly bend his knees and places his hands at either side of the bar before lifting it above his head. 

The clever baby lifts it up and down a couple of times, just like his father, before placing it back on the floor. 

Zach posted the adorable video on his Instagram and it has since gone viral, being viewed 119k times since it was posted on December 10, 2020. 

He said: Somebody’s been paying attention! Check that setup though!!! Blows my mind how observant kids are even at a year and a half old. 

‘We didn’t practice this today! Guess he watched me practice sumo deadlifts the other day!’ 

Social media users were amazed at the toddlers skill and commented on the adorable video.
