Francesca and the Pilates instructor were seen walking hand-in-hand in the rain after disembarking a cruise on Sydney Harbour.

Francesca reportedly recently split from Sam Zacharia, the personal trainer son of celebrity plastic surgeon Michael Zacharia, who she was believed to to have been dating since last year.
