But on Monday, Colton Underwood announced his return to the social media platform.

‘Missed y’all,’ the former Bachelor star posted on his Instagram Story along with a photo showing him snowboarding.

The 28-year-old also shared some snaps from his family Christmas including the opening of presents and playing games.  

‘Hope everybody had a great holiday! Mine was spent with family,’ he shared. 

The reality star quit Instagram the day after his ex Cassie Randolph dropped a restraining order request she’d filed against him in September.

Randolph, 25, asked the court on November 3 to dismiss the restraining order and related police case she’d sought after accusing her ex of placing a tracking device on her car.

At the time, Underwood told TMZ: ‘The two of us were able to reach a private agreement to address any of Cassie’s concerns.’

He went on: ‘I do not believe Cassie did anything wrong in filing for the restraining orders and also believe she acted in good faith. I appreciate everyone’s respect for privacy regarding this matter.’

However, they broke up this past May and Randolph went on to accuse her former boyfriend of showing up uninvited outside her apartment and her parents beach house.

She also claimed the former football player sent harassing text messages to herself and to her friends and alleged he was trying to monetize their split without her permission after agreeing to keep the reasons behind their breakup private.
