Meanwhile tension flared on the streets as two men were seen scrapping, with a man on a mobile trying to separate them.
The party continued despite plummeting temperatures in the north, with some areas waking up to a blanket of snow.
York even saw some flooding, with one picture showing a sign for Plonkers Wine Bar submerged after a deluge from Storm Bella.

The rules also state you cannot leave or be outside of your home unless you have what the Government deems a specific purpose, or a ‘reasonable excuse’.
