RHONY’s Leah McSweeney reveals she got a ‘boob lift and augmentation’ for Christmas on Instagram: ‘I can’t wait to show off the new and improved girls’
She’s been incredibly frank and candid on topics such as alcohol abuse, women’s issues and sexuality in the past.
And on Sunday, Leah McSweeney revealed via a selfie on Instagram that she’s recovering from an ‘Xmas boob lift and augmentation’.
The Real Housewives of New York star, 38, took to her feed with a fresh-faced snap sans makeup, in which she was seen reclining with what looked to be purple markings from the recent procedure on her chest.

Leah laid back on pillows with a subtle smile on her face.
She wore a velour hoodie and light pink velcro top underneath.
‘As I lay here for days recovering from my Xmas boob lift and augmentation (yes it’s a skims velour suit and it feels like heaven) all I can wonder is how the f the kardashians find the time to recover from all their work,’ the Married to the Mob founder wrote in the caption.
‘I can’t wait to show off the new and improved girls,’ the TV personality wrote in the caption
‘The other thing is…I can’t wait to show off the new and improved girls,’ she continued, before tagging her plastic surgeon Daniel Maman ‘since everyone will ask’.
The TV personality then added two highly amusing hashtags: #ChristmasBoobs and #merryt*tmas.
Finally, McSweeney ended the post with a playful jab at her mother, as well as a warning for any dissenting followers:
‘PS. If you are going to leave judgemental [sic] shaming type comments just know I already deal with Bunny regularly and it won’t phase me,’ she concluded.

And Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Margaret Josephs congratulated McSweeney on the surgery, before revealing she’d recently done the same.
‘Congrats!!! I did just a lift and it’s life changing,’ Margaret wrote to McSweeney. ‘Can’t wait to see your gorgeous new melons.’
