David Warner’s wife Candice jokes that it’s time he ‘returned to cricket’ as his daughter does his makeup while he recovers from a groin injury

David Warner is laid up on the couch recovering from a groin injury he sustained on the cricket pitch in November.

And his children have been making the most of their time at home with their dad, with his daughter Indi Rae, 4, using dad as a perfect model to test her makeup skills.

The cricketer, 34, sat on the couch, closing his eyes patiently as the tot applied bright blue eye shadow to his lids.

Sweet! David Warner’s daughter Indi Rae, 4, was using dad as a perfect model to test her makeup skills on Monday, in an Instagram Stories post shared by David. Both pictured

He also appeared to be wearing blush, with little Indi deeply concentrated as she expertly commanded a makeup brush.

David his version of the photo, Instagram Stories: ‘Rehab is going well!’ along with laughing-crying emojis.

Candice, 35, also shared the photo to Instagram Stories, her version in black and white.
