She went from busking on the streets of Byron Bay to topping the charts around the world last year.
And Tones and I, whose real name is Toni Watson, has now splashed a whopping $3.3million on two properties on the outskirts of New South Wales’ celebrity hotspot Byron Bay.
The 27-year-old has secured two beach-side homes located a mere 800 meters from Belongil Beach, according to The Daily Telegraph.

According to records, both properties were bought in the singer’s company name, Johnny Run Away, the title of her debut single released last year.
One of her new properties is a newly renovated former holiday home boasting three bathrooms and has a total of seven bedrooms.
It includes an outdoor entertainment area, dining area and a lounge room.
