Scarlett Moffatt has shared the first look at the new home she is building, after selling County Durham home for £395,000 one week after putting in on the market.
The TV personality, 30, took to Instagram on Tuesday to give her fans a closer look at the building works that are taking place in the house she has moved into with boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
Showing off her spacious kitchen, the renovations in Scarlett’s dream home seemed to be coming along nicely as a large island and kitchen cabinets had already been put in place.

The room was fitted with an array of cabinets that were painted in a dove grey, while two ovens had already been placed on one wall.
While the kitchen island had yet to be finished, the counter will certainly be the focal point of the room as it was painted in a dark grey.
Scarlett also reached out to her fans for advice on what she should do in her home, as she asked how best to utilise the space beneath her stairs.
The Gogglebox star was delighted by the suggestion she make the small space into a mini library complete with a reading nook, as she gushed it would make her like Belle from Beauty And The Beast.

Scarlett sold her luxury five-bedroom County Durham home earlier this month, she purchased the swanky abode back in 2017, months after winning I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
The star told how she wouldn’t be moving too far in an Instagram post, writing: ‘Me and Scott are off on an adventure (10 miles away) so our beautiful home is now for sale.’
The TV star is reported to have purchased the property for £300,000, and so is said to have made an impressive profit when it was sold.

The house featured a large master bedroom which Scarlett had decorated to her taste while she turned one of the other bedrooms into a walk-in wardrobe.
Her room featured light wooden floors along with a zebra print rug and a small black couch with throw pillows.
Along with her king size bed, the former Gogglebox star also had a chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

On entry to the home, the new owner will be greeted with a spacious hallway with Scarlett placing her Christmas tree just below the stairs.
The open-plan kitchen is dominated by an island with white cupboard and wooden countertops.
The kitchen table featured plush dark grey chairs while Scarlett could look out onto a view of the spacious garden while having her breakfast.

Scarlett had also decorated the space with a large cow print rug while another Christmas tree stands in the corner.
The reality star added flare to the white walls with a large print reading: ‘Be a flamingo in a flock of pigeons’.

Scarlett furnished her sitting room with black leather chairs along with a dark brown carpet and grey walls while her guests could enjoy some entertainment on another flat screen TV.
She has also decorated the room with posters of films including Jaws, Psycho and The Breakfast Club.
In another bedroom, Scarlett had put up animal print wallpaper while she also set up a desk with a two-screen computer for work.

Describing him as her ‘soulmate’ in a post from August, Scarlett wrote: ‘I normally don’t like saying this because I’m scared I [will] jinx myself but @scottdobby takes all that fear away.
‘I am so happy I have found my soulmate. Never give up on finding true love we all find it at different points in our life.’
