But on Monday, Katie Holmes was solo as she ran some pre-Christmas errands in Brooklyn, New York.
The actress was bundled up against the cold on the year’s shortest day in a colorful long coat.

A large leather purse was slung diagonally across her body and she checked her cell phone as she walked.

And on her birthday this past Friday, the chef expressed his feelings in a sweet tribute to her on Instagram.
Emilio posted a black and white photo of himself and Katie to his Instagram and in the caption, he wrote: ‘The most amazing ,kindest, beautiful person. Every time I see your face it makes me smile . Happy Birthday !!! I love you !!’
