They met on the third season of The Bachelor in 2015, and married late last year in Byron Bay.

And on Monday, Snezana Markoski and her husband Sam Wood were every inch the doting parents as they jetted into Perth with their daughters Charlie and Willow.

The mother-of-three, 40, showed off her incredible physique in black leggings and a jacket as she carried her one-year-old daughter Charlie.

Snezana, Sam and their two daughters have travelled to Perth to celebrate Christmas with the brunette’s family.

Meanwhile, Snezana’s 14-year-old daughter Eve from a previous marriage wasn’t with the family as they arrived in Perth.

Sam, who owns his fitness program 28 by Sam Wood, is known to share a passion for fitness with his reality TV star wife.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last year, Sam said Christmas can often be a tricky time for people maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine.

‘Everything in moderation. My philosophy is Christmas is a time to really enjoy yourself. Don’t overthink it, don’t be too restrictive, don’t be too hard on yourself… but also, don’t stop moving.

‘Most people gain weight at this time of year because they eat more, drink more and exercise less. It’s a double negative,’ he said.

While he says he barely goes to the gym over the festive period, Sam says he aims to ‘do a quick workout at home or in the backyard, go for a run or go to the beach and play with the kids’.
