Supermodel Megan Gale will return to TV as the host of Australia’s Best House in 2021 – five years after fronting Australia’s Next Top Model
It’s been almost five years since Megan Gale hosted a television show Down Under.
But on Sunday, it was revealed the supermodel, 45, would be making her TV comeback in the new year as a host on Channel Nine.
Megan’s new seven-episode series, Australia’s Best House, is due to air in February.

Megan previously hosted Project Runway Australia between 2011 and 2012, and Australia’s Next Top Model from 2015 to 2016.
She’s also acted in films, with her last role as Valkyrie in the 2015 blockbuster, Mad Max: Fury Road.
The show, which was filmed this month, will feature some of the country’s best residential projects – and ultimately crown one as the best.
In an interview with The Herald Sun, the mother-of-two said she ‘had a long held passion for all things real estate, home design and interiors’.

‘I’ve solely dabbled in the investment side of things with properties over the last 20 plus years in various states around the country, but I’ve always wanted to carve out more time for the renovation and building aspect,’ she said.
‘Some of the houses included in the show are out of this world; it always amazes me with how creative and clever people are with their ideas and their budgets.’
Megan added working on Australia’s Best House had inspired her and her fiance, Shaun Hampson, to ‘take the design elements to the next level’ when renovating their Melbourne home in 2021.
‘Now with our recent purchase of Dollywood Daylesford, it has given us some ideas about what we could do with that property as well,’ she said.

Megan marked the last day of filming for the year for Australia’s Best House this month on Instagram.
She stunned in a light pink dress by fashion house Aje, which retails online for $595.
‘After a fair bit of postponing (cheers COVID) today I finally got to film and host @australiasbesthouse,’ she said, while thanking everyone involved.
