Mandy Moore is feeling ‘nauseous, exhausted, and weepy’ during her third trimester

This Is Us star Mandy Moore revealed on Saturday that she’s been feeling ‘nauseous, exhausted, and weepy’ during her third trimester.

The expecting 36-year-old – who boasts 9.1M social media followers – wrote via Instastory: ‘What the heck? I feel like everything just turned on a dime!’

Mandy and her second husband Taylor Goldsmith are due to welcome their first child – a boy – in ‘early 2021.’ 

Last week, Moore and the 35-year-old Dawes frontman attended a virtual childbirth workshop/class via Zoom with Transformed by Birth author Britta Bushnell.

‘As my husband eloquently put it, we both felt so cracked wide open,’ the Emmy nominee wrote.

‘Britta’s a remarkable leader and teacher but also the opportunity to be in community and conversation with other birthing parents and partners (all of whom were so generous and vulnerable and engaged) during this very isolating time was such a gift.

‘I have a newfound appreciation for Greek mythology, labyrinths and ice. Thank you for giving us the chance to slow dance while crying and laughing, all while tasked with the impossible of imagining what lies ahead for our new family.’  

The married couple of two years – who originally met through Instagram in 2015 – share a $2.56M mid-century hilltop house in Pasadena with their five pets.

Mandy and Taylor co-wrote her new chestnut How Could This Be Christmas? with producer Mike Viola and, as of Friday, the vinyl version is now ‘back in stock.’

Goldsmith is one of 45 artists performing at the virtual Georgia Comes Alive concert streaming next Saturday to promote voter participation in the Senate run-off election.

Meanwhile, Moore continues her role as mother-of-three Rebecca Pearson in the fifth season of her time-hopping drama This Is Us, which resumes January 5 on NBC.
