Katie Holmes was snapped with daughter Suri at abc Carpet & Home in New York City Sunday, getting in some pre-holiday shopping as Christmas week has arrived.
The 42-year-old actress and her 14-year-old daughter with ex-husband Tom Cruise were both well layered amid wintry temps in the Big Apple.
The Toledo, Ohio native donned a grey coat over a purple hoodie with blue jeans and beige boots with dark sunglasses on the retail excursion.

The 5ft9 actress had her brown locks down and parted and wore a black face mask amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Suri had a checkered mask with a denim jacket over a white hoodie with grey sweatpants and brown boots, parting her hair in a ponytail.
The pair was seen rummaging through items inside the retail establishment, which is adjacent to Union Square in Manhattan, and exited the store with multiple bags from the trip.
Holmes is currently linked to 33-year-old chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., who wished her a happy birthday Friday on social media, calling her the ‘most amazing, kindest, beautiful person,’ adding, ‘Every time I see your face it makes me smile.’

An insider told People Friday that the pair are ‘are having fun’ since they were first spotted in September. Holmes has been ‘very supportive’ as Vitolo deals with the challenges of a being a restaurateur amid the pandemic, the source told the outlet.
‘Emilio has had a lot of stress this year because of the shutdowns that have affected the restaurant business,’ the source said. ‘Their relationship is cheering him up.’

Holmes has also had newfound availability with the entertainment industry largely shutting down amid the coronavirus pandemic.
‘Since Katie is not working, they have had time to really get to know each other. For now, they enjoy all their time together in New York City.’
Holmes was married to Cruise, 58, between 2006 and 2012, and she’d been linked to Cruise’s Collateral costar Jamie Foxx since 2013. The duo, who never went public with their relationship, reportedly split in 2019.
