Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich’s Bachelor mansion ‘La Joie de Vivre’ sells for under $9million – and boasts a swimming pool with fountain, tennis court, spa and games room

Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich are one of The Bachelor franchise’s biggest success stories.

And now the mansion where the couple first met on the 2013 season of the dating show has sold for an undisclosed sum, believed to be less than $9million.

As reported by Domain on Saturday, the property, known as ‘La Joie de Vivre’ in Bayview in Sydney’s northern beaches, was purchased by wealthy entrepreneurs.

The mansion was sold to Jack and Christine Li, owners of PPE supplies distributor, Medical Plus.

It was previously owned by freight tycoon Clive Thomas and his wife Lee.  

The three-level property boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a games room, sauna, spa and gym.

There is also plenty of opportunity for entertaining with a tennis court, a pool with waterfall, and stunning balcony views of the harbour.

They wed at a fairytale Italian ceremony in June 2018, and welcomed their first child, daughter Elle, on November 14. 

Tim, 38, shared a few sweet phots off baby Elle on his Instagram feed at the time, and said he’s ‘fallen in love twice all over again’.

Tim and Anna are now based in Sydney’s exclusive suburb of Rose Bay.
