The Weeknd is treating fans to a glimpse at his life before he was a best selling musician.

The 30-year-old artist – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – shared a photo of himself as a baby in a Santa hat to promote a Christmas episode of his radio show, Memento Mori.

Rocking a red and white turtleneck in the snap, the Toronto born singer looked adorable at the tender age.

Taken from what appeared to be a professional photoshoot as a child, the Blinding Lights singer softly smiled for the camera.

Fans were quick to gush over the cute photo as they marveled at his sweet baby face.

Launching the twelfth episode of the show for Apple’s Beats 1 Radio, he teased ‘TOMORROW’ on the station’s page.

The Weeknd first started the venture back in June 2018 as he said he wanted to ‘present all of the music thats inspiring some late nights.’

On Wednesday The Weeknd’s 100-page magazine spread for Tmrw Magazine hit the stands.

In the special edition zine, the singer gave an exclusive interview with the music and culture publication where he talked about his career and staying inspired during the pandemic.

Speaking about his unmistakable vocal abilities he said he was inspired by Ethiopian music growing up, before shifting with his albums to portray different sides to himself.

‘The older I got, I was exposed to more music, and my voice became a chameleon going into different characters with each album. By following my own path and breaking industry norms, it seems to be influencing others,’ he said.

Talking about his career the Starboy singer said, ‘I was laser focused back then and I’m laser focused right now,’ as he called it ‘the story’ of his twenties.

‘I feel like I spent the last 10 years creating a sound and most of my career I’ve either been running away from it or duplicating it,’ he shared.

Yesterday it was announced that he would be teaming up with Chance The Rapper and Dionne Warwick – who notoriously mocked both the artists on Twitter a few weeks ago – for a new collaboration to feed the homeless.

According to Warwick’s son Dionne Damon Elliott, who is writing the song called ‘Nothing’s Impossible,’ the track is set for release in early 2021.
