The 98 Degrees alum, 47, and wife Vanessa, 40, who have three children, laid out a shade over $5 million for the 7,000-square-foot residence in Tarzana.
It comes after the couple sold their Encino estate for almost $6.7 million, Variety reported Tuesday.
