He’s one of Australia’s most popular television personalities, co-hosting the Today show with Allison Langdon on Channel Nine.
And on Saturday, Karl Stefanovic took time out from his busy schedule to enjoy a day at Queensland’s Noosa Beach.
The 46-year-old cut a sprightly figure as he emerged from the surf in a pair of blue board shorts, that hung low on his hips.

Karl added a green and white cap and looked to be having a swell time as he splashed about in the ocean.
The breakfast presenter was very much active for the beach outing, at times seen hitting a ball with a cricket bat.
Karl no doubt appeared to be enjoying Queensland’s borders reopening to New South Wales this month, unable to wipe the smile off his face.

Not pictured on the outing was Karl’s wife Jasmine Yarbrough, 36, and their adorable seven-month-old daughter Harper May.
The appearance comes after Karl apologised live on-air on behalf of his wife, who made a drunken phone call to Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and begged her to open the state’s borders.
‘I wanted to apologise and give you my deepest apologies for my wife’s drunken call to you last Friday, telling you in her own very sweet Queensland way to open the borders,’ Karl said during the live interview.

When his co-host Allison asked what Jasmine had said, Karl impersonated his wife saying: ‘Please open the borders, Premier… please.’
To stop it from happening again, he joked that he’d saved the Premier’s contact details under his lawyer’s name on his phone.
Ms Palaszczuk gracefully accepted the apology, but sent out a warning to others about picking up the phone after a few drinks.

‘It’s okay. It’s perfectly alright. That’s probably one of the calmest ones I’ve heard, Karl,’ she said.
‘I understand how stressful it’s been on people… but maybe not the drinking and ringing up, stay away from that.’
Karl and Jasmine, a former model turned shoe designer, married in December 2018.
They welcomed their first child, Harper May, earlier this year. Karl also has three older children from his marriage to former journalist Cassandra Thorburn.
