And Rochelle Humes shared a very candid insight into her family life as she revealed her daughter Alaia needs glasses in a ‘honest parent post’ on Instagram on Friday.
The presenter, 31, explained how her seven-year-old had been complaining about her eyes but she ‘dismissed’ it thinking the youngster was stalling before bedtime.

Taking to Instagram, Rochelle shared a sweet snap of her eldest child wearing her new round glasses.
Alongside the image, Rochelle penned: ‘Honest Parent Post Alert!!! So…here goes…
‘My Alaia has been complaining about her eyes and that she wants to sit at the front of the class with her friends so she can see better, she also says that her eyes are blurry every time it’s time to go to bed.
‘Being a Mum that normally knows when my kids are trying their luck I honestly have been dismissing it, I thought she was stalling going to bed and wanted to sit at the front of class so she could have a gossip with her best friends.
‘Turns out I was wrong..she needs glasses…How do I feel? AWFUL! Being a parent isn’t easy is it?’

It comes after Rochelle enjoyed a festive trip to Lapland UK on Sunday alongside her husband Marvin and their three children Alaia, Valentina and Blake.
Rochelle looked effortlessly chic in a collared puffer jacket with a belt across the waist.
In one arm, the singer cradled her baby son Blake who was wrapped up in white and beige blankets and a brown hat.
Rochelle paired the outfit with black boots with a chain detail and ripped blue jeans.

The family posed for a picture with Santa Clause, with the couple’s first daughter Alaia holding Blake.
Their second daughter Valentina, three, stood centre stage for the photograph as Marvin, 35, and Rochelle stood in the background.
Last month the TV personality prepared to celebrate Christmas in style with her family.
She unveiled her luxurious Christmas decorations via her Instagram page, with one particularly lavish decoration wrapping around her fireplace of the family’s north London home.

Rochelle embraced the festivities as she captured her adorable daughters posing in front of the fireplace in matching pink and turquoise striped pyjamas.
Valentina looked delighted by the new Christmas addition in their living room as she gleefully smiled at the camera.
Rochelle captioned the Instagram posts: ‘I know it’s early but we are WAYYYYYY too excited…and for very good reason,’ while thanking Early Hours London for creating the beautiful display.’
