Glamorous property-flipping granddads Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie have sold another property they been working on for a cool $1.35million.
The Block favourites offloaded a newly built house in the Victorian suburb of Montmorency, near Melbourne, realestate.com.au reported on Friday
The three-bedroom property was expected to fetch between $1.1 – $1.2million ahead of its December 19 auction, but a very keen local buyer made an offer that exceeded the price guide.
