Ashley Hebert is apparently still on good terms with her estranged husband JP Rosenbaum.

On Thursday, the 43-year-old Bachelor and Bachelorette contestant shared an image to his Instagram story depicting his 35-year-old estranged wife driving him home after undergoing meniscus surgery.

The meniscus is a C-shaped piece of tough, rubbery cartilage that acts as a shock absorber between the shinbone and thighbone, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Lending a hand:  On Thursday, JP Rosenbaum shared a photo of his estranged wife and Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert giving him a ride home after undergoing surgery

The picture showed Hebert driving down a busy Miami street with Rosenbaum’s crutches being visible in the lower part of the image.

The caption for the story read: ‘My chauffeur. Needless to say a sponge bath is outta the question.’

Hebert, who was tagged in the post, re-shared the image to her own Instagram story later that day.

Previously, Rosenbaum had shared a set of before-and-after photos that saw him during his procedure to his story, and he seemed to be in good spirits despite his circumstances.

The former reality TV contestant posted an enthusiastic selfie with the caption: ‘Meniscus repair! Let’s do this!’

The couple first met on the ABC program during its seventh season, which premiered in 2011; Rosenbaum beat 25 other contestants on the show.

The two were married in 2012 in a wedding ceremony that featured various other Bachelorette contestants in attendance, including season one and season five stars Trista Sutter and Jillian Harris.

The pair later went on to have two children during the course of their marriage, and currently share Fordham, aged six, and Essex, aged four.

Rosenbaum and Hebert announced their separation in October, with neither side casting blame at the other for the split.

The latter confirmed the divorce on her Instagram account, and noted that the two attempted to reconcile their differences multiple times over the course of their marriage.

She also stated, ‘We’ve decided that it is in our family’s best interest to create new and separate lives for our children.’ She then asked for privacy.

In December, Rosenbaum announced he had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome, which can cause temporary paralysis in those afflicted with the disease.
