Jamie Laing has revealed he’s lost a stone since competing on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
In a new interview, the Made In Chelsea star, 32, who has reached the semi-final with professional partner Karen Hauer, 38, said he’s delighted to have shed his ‘pot belly’ and has managed to discover his abs after taking part in strenuous training.
The Candy Kittens CEO shared: ‘I can see my toes in the shower for the first time in ages! I had a pot belly when I started Strictly. That’s gone now. I honestly encourage anyone who wants to lose some weight to take up dancing!’

While he’s confident about his new physique, the media personality confessed he feels ‘sore’ as a result of rehearsals with dance expert Karen, 38.
The businessman, who already boasted a toned frame before his weight loss, added to The Sun: ‘I mean, I’m even getting abs, not as good as Karen’s, her abs are like the eighth wonder of the world. But I’m getting there!
‘My body is looking great, but it’s pretty sore. At night time, I honestly think I’m still dancing, so you think you’re still on the dance floor, weirdly.’

The reality TV star also revealed he’s been living in a ‘constant state of tiredness’ during his stint, but insisted the pain of the journey is worth it as he feels ‘unstoppable’ about his hopes in taking home the Glitterball Trophy.
Jamie and choreographer Karen will be aiming to avoid the dreaded dance-off with a Quickstep to Thank God I’m A Country Boy by John Denver and a Salsa to Last Dance by Donna Summer for the upcoming episode.

Earlier this month, TV star Jamie admitted his girlfriend Sophie ‘Habbs’ Habboo got ‘very angry’ when he suggested he would propose to her if he won Strictly.
Speaking on Lorraine, the social media sensation joked that instead he told his partner, 27, he’d pop the question to Karen instead.
He said: ‘My girlfriend got very angry when I mentioned it. It went from I’ll marry my girlfriend to then saying if you won’t marry me I’ll marry Karen. Then Karen’s going to say no as well so if I win I’ll just take the Glitterball!’
