Dua Lipa joins forces with Katherine Ryan for star-studded New Year’s Eve extravaganza as she prepares to slam the door on ‘a year like no other’

Dua Lipa is poised to sign out of 2020 with a celebratory New Year’s Eve performance as COVID-hit countries across the world anxiously prepare to slam the door on a year to forget.

The singer will join a host of home-grown stars for YouTube Originals show HELLO 2021, a five part celebration that launches virtually on December 31st across the United Kingdom, the Americas, Korea, Japan and India.

Other musical  performances on the night will come from Anne Marie, Aitch & AJ Tracey and MNEK.

There will also be an assortment of sketches and comedy roasts from the likes of Behzinga, Big Narstie, Katherine Ryan, Michaela Coel, Kurupt FM, Yammy, WillNE, Holly H, and Natasia Demetriou.

Amelia Brown, MD of Thames, part of Fremantle revealed the show is intended to usher in 2021 with considerable fanfare after a year blighted by the spread of COVID-19.

The YouTube show will air on New Year’s Eve from 10:30pm.
