Judd Apatow responds to Kim Kardashian’s sizzling ‘This is 40!’ bikini album: ‘I don’t remember this part of the movie’
Judd Apatow posted a tongue-in-cheek tweet in response to Kim Kardashian’s ‘This is 40!’ album of sizzling bikini snaps.
Kim’s pictures were taken in October during her controversial 40th birthday trip to what used to be Marlon Brando’s private island in Tahiti.
When she posted the photos to Twitter Judd, who directed a film called This Is 40, quoted her tweet and quipped: ‘I don’t remember this part of the movie.’

Kim’s birthday vacation in Tahiti included a beach screening of Judd’s movie for her 40 guests, according to a report in TMZ.
This Is 40 starred Judd’s wife Leslie Mann opposite Paul Rudd as a married couple with children struggling to cope with midlife.
Paul and Leslie were reprising their roles from Judd’s smash hit 2007 movie Knocked Up which was led by Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl.
The cast of This Is 40 also featured Melissa McCarthy who had become a comedy superstar the previous year in Bridesmaids.

Meanwhile this October Kim flew a group of friends and family members out to Tahiti for an extravagant six-day trip celebrating her 40th birthday.
Her vacation was criticized on Twitter for being insensitive amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the economic fallout of the lockdowns.
All four of Kim’s full siblings were on the trip – her sisters Kourtney and Khloe and brother Rob – as well as her younger half-sister Kendall.

Their mother Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the reality TV clan, was in attendance with her much younger boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Scott Disick and Tristan Thompson, who are respectively the fathers of Kourtney and Khloe’s children, were seen on the trip as well.
Friends including La La, Tracy Romulus and Chris Appleton could also be spotted enjoying Kim’s company for her big milestone.

‘After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time,’ Kim wrote on Instagram.
However Kendall’s younger sister Kylie was noticeably not glimpsed in the social media posts that have surfaced from the getaway.
Neither was Kim’s husband Kanye West – although Page Six reports that in the vacation’s final two days he did make an appearance.
